Free real estate exam practice questions

Real questions from our bank, 10per page, with the full explanation on every one. Organised by the exact content areas the exam is built from — so you can drill the topic that's actually costing you. No signup, no card.

National portion

General real estate practice and law — the same content whichever state you're licensing in. Usually 80 of your scored questions.

State-law portion

Your state's own statutes and commission rules — scored separately, and where most candidates lose the exam. (Florida's and California's single combined exams are covered in full.)

Common questions

Are these real exam questions?

No. Every question is original, written to the current published content outline for each portion of the exam. Real exam items are confidential and copyrighted — anyone offering 'real questions' is selling you a liability, not an advantage.

Do I need to sign up to use these?

No. These pages are free and open — no account, no email, no card. Signing up free gets you adaptive practice, a diagnostic, and one full timed simulation on top.

Why are the national questions separate from my state's?

Nearly every state licensing exam has two separately scored portions: a national portion covering general real estate practice and law, and a state portion covering your state's own statutes and commission rules. You must pass both. The national questions are identical whichever state you test in, so we publish them once. Florida is the exception — one combined 100-question exam — so its pages cover every content area on it.

How accurate are the answers?

Every question in the bank was reviewed independently by two AI reviewers; where both flagged the same item we deleted it rather than serve it — 1,340 questions across the six states reviewed that way. It's why the bank is smaller than some competitors' and why we're comfortable showing you the explanations.

Want to know where you actually stand?

The free diagnostic maps every content area and gives you a readiness score calibrated to your state's real cut score. No card required.
