Two kinds of number appear in these studies, and we keep them apart. Blueprint figures — how many scored questions an area carries, what the pass mark is, how long you get — come from the published candidate handbooks and state commission pages, and every state page carries its sources. Bank figures— difficulty, answer-key balance, cognitive mix — describe our own question bank, and the copy says so rather than dressing them up as facts about the real exam. Where we can't measure something honestly yet, the study doesn't publish.
