AgentExamCoach provides AI-powered practice questions, exam simulations, readiness scoring, and score-report diagnosis for the Texas real estate licensing exam. It is exam preparation only — not TREC-approved qualifying education — and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TREC, Pearson VUE, or any real estate school.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access other users' data, scraping or bulk-extracting content, reselling access, or interfering with the platform's operation.

• Full access is a one-time purchase granting 90 days of access — not a recurring subscription. Payment is handled by PayPal.
• A free tier (diagnostic, daily practice, and progress tracking) is available without payment.
• A pass guarantee may apply when you meet the stated readiness criteria before your exam; it is not available to residents of FL, MI, NJ, or TN. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except as required by law.

Practice questions are original, created or generated to resemble the skills and formats that assessments measure. We do not reproduce copyrighted, secured test items. Materials are for personal, non-commercial study use.

AgentExamCoach is a study aid. Except for our stated pass guarantee, we do not guarantee any particular exam outcome. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentExamCoach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
